Prawn Cocktail Dressing
Mix together sauce in a small bowl.
Prawn cocktail dressing. Instructions if you are using whole prawns remove heads and peel them. Add the whole prawns and cook. Method step 1 peel all but four of the prawns reserve these for the tops.
Leave a few whole for decorative purposes if you wish. Step 2 mix the mayonnaise tomato chutney worcestershire sauce horseradish and tabasco together. Place the sliced salad leaves into the serving glasses add the white crab meat and a little lemon juice and combine the peeled prawns with a few tablespoons of the dressing and season to taste.
Cut the little little gem lettuce in half and place in ice cold water to crisp it up. Peel the cooled prawns leaving one prawn whole per serving for the garnish. To plate 1 large pack of salad 2 lemons halved 20 sprigs of dill picked 1 cucumber made into cucumber balls using a parisian scoop 1 crusty brown loaf.
2 divide lettuce among 4 plates squeeze 2 lemon wedges over and drizzle with oil. Break the lettuces into individual leaves then. For sauce combine ingredients and season to taste with sea salt and ground black pepper.
Method bring a large pan of water to the boil and add a squeeze of lemon and glug of vinegar. Toss prawns with sauce. Season to taste with.
