Avocado Yogurt Dressing
In a food processor or blender combine avocado yogurt lemon juice dill parsley and garlic.

Ingredients 1 avocado peeled and pitted cup plain yogurt cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon sea salt teaspoon hot pepper sauce teaspoon ground black pepper. Pulse 1 or 2 times to incorporate.

Ingredients 1 cup plain fat free or low fat greek yogurt 1 medium avocado peeled and cored 1 1 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp dried 1 2 tsp chopped fresh dill to taste or 1 2 tsp dried 2 tsp chopped fresh chives or 3 4 tsp dried 1 2 tsp onion. Instructions place avocado in a medium sized bowl and mash with a fork until all of the big pieces are crushed.
Add water by the tablespoon to get it to the consistency you like it should be pourable. 2 taste and season with salt. Instructions 1 put the avocado yogurt herbs and lime zest and juice into a blender and process until smooth.
Blend using food processor or blender until smooth.
